Remote

Alternative to on-site support, a Lanetco consultant can connect to your system without physically being present at your office. This can be done using remote access software such as Lotus Sametime, NetMeeting, PC Anywhere, or GoToMyPC. A Lanetco consultant can work on your system while present at our office.
