The Old Way

Inevitably something else will break and naturally the client will be upset. They think that the IT Provider should have identified this new problem - or in extreme cases may have actually caused the problem - the last time they were in. This is where the pattern repeats itself. The client calls in their IT Provider to fix the new problem, but they want them in and out as quickly as possible to keep costs down. The pattern repeats. Watch IT Plus has all the same great features of Watch IT, plus a few more! You receive a minimum 4 hours of scheduled maintenance every month, a Dedicated Network Engineer and even greater discounts on labour rates and trip fees!

Maintain IT

For one low monthly fee, we proactively maintain your network. In addition to monitoring your network 24/7, Your Dedicated Network Engineer will be onsite a minimum of once per month to check your servers, network, backup and security. We ensure that your network is operating as efficiently as it can be.


Maintain IT clients enjoy unlimited Help Desk support and unlimited onsite maintenance. Simply put, if anything goes wrong between scheduled visits, call us and we will be onsite within 4 hours to troubleshoot and repair any issues you might be having on the network at no extra charge. Additional labour is only billed if you are replacing, upgrading or expanding components on your network. However, Maintain IT clients receive some of our largest discounts available on labour rates and pay NO trip fees!

Manage IT

Manage IT is our all-inclusive managed service package – this is an “all-you-can-eat” buffet of IT services! For one flat monthly fee, we will take on a comprehensive role in managing your IT environment while you receive unrestricted access to our Help Desk and unlimited onsite support! Manage IT clients enjoy our fastest response times, receive the highest priority for Regular and After Hours service, and benefit from free Network Consultations.


We monitor your network 24/7 and act instantly on any alerts that come through our Network Operations Center. Your Dedicated Network Engineer will be onsite a minimum of once per month to check the servers and firewalls, install any Microsoft patches, and ensure your antivirus is up to date. If you require service between scheduled appointments, call us and we’ll be there in as little as 2 hours! And the best part is that there are no additional labour charges. No extra fees. No hidden costs. It’s all part of the plan.
